Identify the product and use
Name the bag, basket, cage, raw mesh or accessory, then state the growth stage and farming system. Include a reference photo or drawing and identify whether this is a replacement or a new design.
List measurable specifications
Give mesh pattern, opening and measuring method; finished dimensions and tolerance; both end treatments; material declaration; color; and any relevant weight or test requirement. Mark unknown items as questions rather than leaving the supplier to guess.
Describe system interfaces
For floating configurations, show float position, fasteners, line or support dimensions, loaded-bag basis and maintenance routine. For accessories, show the exact mating points and whether the parts should be installed.
State order and delivery needs
Add estimated quantity, packaging preference, destination and target schedule for discussion. Ask the supplier to identify available models, exceptions, sample requirements and any assumptions in the quotation.
